Too many ads for an ad free game!

I love playing Pyramid. It’s the way I learned my addition tables when I was very small. A real deck of cards on the kitchen table.

I love this game. Play it everyday.

I have been playing this game for years and have always enjoyed it 5 stars! Recently however, periodically during gameplay, I am automatically sent to a virus site called Protectflow.life and I’m forced to end the game and reboot my phone. This needs to be addressed!! ☹️ Because of this, I am rating this game 1 star, but if this is fixed, I’ll return it to 5 stars.

I enjoy playing this game, and the ads are annoying. They do have an arrow to skip, and you have to skip and close several times before they will actually close.

I just started playing this game and it automatically does the pairing. It doesn’t allow me to make the choice.

I bought this app years ago and loved it. Now it holds you hostage watching endless ads. So intrusive that it ruins the enjoyment. I want my money returned or remove the ads.

I’ve been playing this game in one of your other games for a very long time recently your ads have started throwing me to a website repeatedly and I mean over and over and over and over again while I playing a hand I deleted the other game because no matter what I said it would still do it no matter how many times I contacted. Now this game is doing it. I guess I’m gonna have to delete this one too. It’s sending us to a very suspicious site.

Game is good but I keep getting same game over and over

I have enjoyed Mobility Ware’s Solitaire for years. Recently I’ve downloaded several more traditional card games, each with increasing degrees of annoyance. Pyramid is supposed to be a fun, relaxing game—just the thing to settle down with before putting out the lights. But no, I’ve got to put up with flashing lights and “Row completed!” every time I clear a row—just as if I were too stupid to see that myself! And now I have to put up with GOALS: stupid annoying objectives that apparently take he place of ACTUALLY WINNING THE GAME! Sorry, I’m done. Bye.

I used tooove trying to beat my time on this, but like most mobility ware games, there are glitches. It locks up for seconds at a time. It used to me a fun game. The WALMART ad comes up and will NOT get off!

I like the puzzle backgrounds and wish they were offered in their other solitaire games.

It’s a calming game which helps chase away my yearning for springtime.

03.05.25 Just when I think the game can’t deteriorate any further, the ads get worse. The latest??? In the middle of a game, a banner pops up covering the Draw button. Are you really that desperate for revenue? The designers are hellbent on making this game as user unfriendly as possible.

Your ad on other games 99% of the time does not have >> to go to the next page and exit. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

UPDATE: I have deleted both games; still no response from support, but equally important, if not more so, is the fact that since downloading this game my email inbox is being bombarded by junk and scam emails. It may be unrelated; totally coincidental, but I find it interesting that my otherwise relatively quiet email suddenly is overrun. I cannot take the risk. On the chance it is related, these two apps are gone. ⬇️ Original review because I could get no response! I have two games from this developer and they both play well. This Pyramid game I just recently downloaded. Until I received a pop-up claiming I needed to accept an update (no way to opt out and clear it from screen except to accept), I had no major issues with the game itself. I have had pop-up scams on other game apps so I was immediately leery of this one. I contacted support via a chat because that appears to be the only way to “speak” to support. No one responded to my message nor otherwise contacted me. I cannot play the game because the pop-up message remains on the screen. I have closed the game, cleared it from my device and reopened it but box is still there. I even deleted the game and re-installed it and the pop-up box was still there. I am more frustrated by the cold shoulder from support than I am from the loss of play…speaks to a bigger issue. I see others have reported scam ads on this app and the responses from support on these reviews tell players to contact them through app support under settings. That is exactly what I did and I received nothing….just silence! Two stars for lack of support!

Love the game… HATE the ads… Refuse to pay a monthly or annual fee for no ads. Have their solitaire game, purchased ad free…

I loved the Pyramid game I had played for a very long time. But I hate the new updated version! I will be looking for something more similar to the old one . Don’t like this one at all!

I literally was dealt the same hand of cards over 20 times. What in the actual **** is wrong with the logistics of this game?

I have no idea how long I've been playing Pyramid by MobilityWare... What I DO know is this game is my go-to game!!! I LOVE THIS GAME!! It is the BEST GAME... EVER and I don't mind bragging that I am a Champion at this Solitaire game! Only a fool would pass this one by... Thank you, MobilityWare... you make me happy! 🥰🥳😎

This is a great game to play fun and engaging. The only thing is it needs less ads every time you complete a game

BUTt!!!! . When I play the next day, I see that the crown that was there yesterday isn’t there. Like I didn’t play, but I did. What’s up with that?????

Makes me stop and think before I act

The game itself is fun BUTTTTTT ads galore; to the point you play 3 games and ur done with the ADS. NEXT: now i have paid to remove ADS butttttttt here you pay fir a subscription ( not cheap/ not over expensive) but monthly; it adds up.. if you want minimal ads play the daily challenge!!! If cost was a bit cheaper or a straight $$$ to remove ads I think more ppl would be playing

I add a challenge: try to deplete all the cards in the stockpile in addition to the cards on the board. Makes it more fun!!!

Was there an update that I didn’t know about? Now the game is finishing itself, so there’s no reason for me to play it. Disappointed.

Reached out to customer service and not getting any answers two weeks later, just an email that resolved nothing. And my score is going backwards. Fun game needs an update.

This game not only has daily challenges, but it also has event challenges. This is one of the few games that I play every day.

Please remove the feature that announces I’ve won in the middle of a game because I’ve achieved whatever made up goal you’ve put into place. Either I successfully clear the pyramid and therefore win, or I have lost. Thanks!

Seems like it’s impossible to lose so kind of boring.

This is a great game except for a bunch of ads. I can see an ad like every 3 or 4 round. It is getting to the point where I am thinking about uninstalling the game due too much ads. I do love the different men or designs .

There is a scam ad saying Apple says your iPhone has a virus that will ruin the phone battery. I could not close the message so couldn’t use the game anymore.

Don’t mind ads but timing is off. If you’re in the middle of playing a game and an ad shows up it affects the results

I used to love this app but now I keep getting inundated with scam ads telling me I have malware. Unacceptable that the developers are accepting ads from scam artists.

I have played this game for years and never took the time to tell you how much I enjoy it! Oh and thos character at the end are awesome!!!!

During gameplay ads suddenly appear without warning. Get the bugs fixed or another user will be lost.

I understand ads between games but now they show up in the middle of the game. Thats too much.

Just to let you know the ads backfired. The intuit and experian ads punish the user too much for me ever to want to do business with them. I erased the experian app If their programmers and marketing people have so little respect for the user then they can go elsewhere. I do t cotton to the piss poor user experience they put us through. Example. 2 x on same screen X that is so small you end up in a circular path. Sometimes closing the entire game Or when the X is white against awhite background.
